My journey from tragedy to healer
I came into this world deeply sensitive — a child who felt everything, even the unspoken. I internalized the energies around me, never quite understanding why the weight of the world seemed to sit on my small shoulders. From a young age, I knew I was different. I saw things, felt things, knew things that others didn’t. But without the tools to understand or express it, I learned to hide that part of me — and to survive instead of thrive.
Like so many empaths, my early years were marked by trauma. I was gifted in ways the world didn’t yet know how to hold, and I navigated through experiences that cracked my spirit open — abuse, abandonment, and the quiet grief of never fully being seen. I turned to what I could to numb the pain, eventually spiraling into addiction. It was in that darkness that I began my descent — and later, my return.
A devastating car accident became a wake-up call, a rupture in my reality that forced me to start looking at my life through new eyes. And just as I began to rise, breast cancer came. Another layer of my identity peeled away. And then the unthinkable — the death of my beloved daughter, Violet. Her passing shattered me, yet it also became the doorway to my greatest awakening.
Each of these moments broke me open in ways that could have destroyed me — but instead, they rebuilt me. Piece by piece, I returned to myself. I remembered who I was before the world told me who to be. And through the ashes of it all, I reclaimed my power, my purpose, and the medicine I came here to share.
What I now offer isn’t just rooted in what I’ve learned — it’s born from what I’ve lived. My story isn’t one of perfection. It’s a story of rising — again and again — and helping others do the same. From surviving to thriving.
