My path has been one of profound transformation—through loss, healing, and spiritual awakening. Along this journey, I became a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Spiritual Counselor, Guided Energy Medicine™ practitioner, and Health Educator.

The heart of my work is inspired by my daughter Violet, whose memory lives on as a guiding light. In her honor, I hold sacred space for others who are navigating the depths of trauma, grief, addiction, and personal transformation.

My mission is to help you remember your own inner power, release what no longer serves you, and step into a life of wholeness, alignment, and soul-led freedom. Through each session, I weave together science, spirit, and energy medicine to create a safe and deeply healing experience where true transformation can unfold.
